"Chris Moring’s office with State Farm is diligent on open claim follow ups, considerate with their language, and accountable to the finish line with always being reachable for questions. Shaley is an asset on the team. She was adaptable to help on multiple action items and outbound calls on behalf of me. She is extremely efficient and a pleasure to work with because of her professionalism. Kyle was extremely helpful with the second half of the claim and the payouts. Great attitude and always called me back day of. A difference maker on getting my payment to me as quick as possible. Thank you to the team!
